About Us

Founded in 1998 with a desire for work-life balance, Rhonda Lee and former business partner and dear friend, Rebecca MacGillivray Kinchley left their corporate jobs behind. They quickly realized through a series of consulting gigs and client nudging their ability to sync the all too common sales and marketing gap –  delivering sales solutions that even their inside teams couldn’t provide.

Mac + Lee has grown from a lifestyle company to a 35-employee and growing, full-service sales agency with representation in over 10 states.  With Rebecca back in corporate since 2008,  Rhonda has taken the company to new heights delivering turnkey, strategic sales solutions focused on revenue generation across vertical markets with organizations in all stages from start-up to billion dollar companies.

Although often still grouped in the “lead generation” bucket, our clients tell us we are so much more. Relying on us to provide industry-specific sales teams with lead to revenue experience having earned their stripes with the big guys. The Mac + Lee model has proven a “win-win” for all involved.
